Dhamra is one of the deep draft ports of India which can accommodate super cape-size vessels. It is an all-weather, multi-user, multi-cargo portpoised to become the largest and most efficient port in the east coast of India. Situated between Haldia and Paradeep, Dhamra Port is in close proximity to the mineral belt of Orissa, Jharkhand and West Bengal offers deepened hinterland connectivity and operational efficiency.

2) FUEL HSD only supplied by IOCL after getting 100% advance payment and required 3 to 4 working days.
3) PROVISION- Provision can be supplied both at Anchorage as well as berth by registered Ship Chandler only.
1) PORT DUES :
a) $ 0.05 Per GT of Vessel Per VCN
b) Subject to minimum Charges $ 275. (Port Dues is payable per vessel call and is valid for a maximum of 15 days)
2) PILOTAGE CHARGES :
a) $ 2.157272 Applicable to all vessels of 60000 GT and above
b) $ 2.052024 Applicable to all vessels below 60000 GT. Subject to minimum charges $ 6000
c) Includes one Berthing & one Un berthing
3) BERTH HIRE CHARGES ( per GT per hour ) :
a) $ 0.0105 Applicable to all vessels of 60000 GT and above
b) $ 0.01 Applicable to all vessels below 60000 GT. Subject to minimum Charges $ 720 per day. (First line ashore to All cast off)
4) ANCHORAGE CHARGES :
a) $ 0.001 per GT per hour
5) INDIAN LIGHT HOUSE DUES : INR 08.00 per NRT
6) Mooring Charges : $ 0.034720 Per GT Per VCN
(Mooring charges is not applicable to STS and to the vessels which is not using berth facilities.)
7) PORT ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION SAFETY CHARGES:
a) US$ 125 Upto 10,000 GT
US$ 250 - 10,001 to 30,000 GT
US$ 440-More than 30,000 GT
(For all type bulk, break-bulk and any other vessel. Not applicable to STS vessel)
